LandLords are a Lofi digital Land Token or, Asset Coin, backed by the value in our lands, affording Toos an opportunity to store the intrinsic value of our Real Estate and improved property holdings into your new currency.
1 LandLord represents ownership rights to 1 sq. foot (1x12”x12”) of land in our "Gated Community". We graciously welcome you Toos into our community.

We are a non-profit organization. Of the $20,000 raised, $13k will go towards purchasing new land and improvements, building affordable housing now. These are our: PRIMARY ASSETS (65%)

SECONDARY ASSETS
(25%), $5k will go towards increasing the value of or Fluid Land Currency, Liquid Land Lords, a new Land Assets that transact like cash or Crypto.
(10%), $2k. We give 10% to God; Back to the people in our community and all who helped do the leg work to make this happen. Thank You All.
We expect to raise a total of $160,000 from this fundraising campaign. The financial breakdown is the same for all of our other LandLord tickets sales: 65%, ($104,000) goes to the Primary Assets, 35% ($56,000) goes to the Secondary Asset.
